Catching Up...

This week we are reading books by David Shannon. Today, we read the "No, David!" books. 
We wrote "No!" books using our own names...and then we wrote "Yes!" books!
To wrap up our unit on frogs, R shared her collection of exotic frogs.
Here is a close up of some of our little friends. They spent the day in our room and seemed to enjoy all the excitement around them.
We are celebrating our summer birthdays during these last weeks of school. Today, we pretended it was R's birthday (his is actually August 15). He brought goodie bags for everyone in the room.
Today in computer, Ms. J let us make files of the pictures we took with our digital cameras. She will make a CD for each student with the work that was done this year!
Saying goodbye to Ms. J. Today was our last day in computer! We appreciate all the work she did with us this year. Who knows? There may be another Michael Dell among this group.
