2010: First Day Back

Today began with lots of show and tell!

Thomas brought a new action figure that someone from his dad's office gave him.

Ian brought his rock collection and showed us many interesting rocks.

Eric had an origami fish he folded himself.

Luca brought a dinosaur and told us many facts about the allosaur.

Bella brought a doll with hair just like hers.

And more lost teeth!

Bella, Liam and Emma all lost a tooth over the holidays. (And we have many that are hanging on by a thread at this point.

This brings our grand total of lost teeth to 24 this year!

We spent the morning talking about where we went for Christmas and what was our favorite gift. We marked the locations on a United States map. (And we had to explain to Mrs. O'Brien what a lot of these gifts were!)

Bella stayed home and liked her Fur Real Friend.

Cade stayed home and liked his one year old brother Liam's Christmas Birthday cake.

Connor went to Dallas and got a Lego Drop Gunship.

Eliana stayed home and got an MP3 player.

Elliot was at home and enjoyed his "A Practical Guide to Monsters" book.

Emma stayed home and got a real kitten named Willie.

Emma Kate was at home and got a doll that smells like strawberries.

Erik went to Houston and enjoyed his Wii Lego Star Wars game.

Gracie stayed home and received a Glow Station.

Ian was at home and was given with a Swiss Army Knife.

Jacob went to Oklahoma and got a Wii.

Jake stayed at home and got a Spy Robot that sends emails and pictures when there is a security breech.

Joseph stayed home and got a BB gun. (He told us it did not put his eye out.)

Liam went to Colorado, then came home and got a Republic Attack Gunship.

Olivia was home and got a Webkin bird.

Romi went to Cedar Park and was gifted with a microscope.

Thomas went to California and got a Game Boy game called "Draw to Life: The Next Chapter".

Luca was at home and enjoyed his Wii Punch Out.

Alena went to her grandpa's and got an Easy Bake Oven.

Mrs. O'Brien drove to Missouri (and home through two days of ice and snow). She loved her Spa Gift Certificate.
