I Have a Dream

Today, we wrote a paper titled "He Had a Dream...So Do I!" and we wrote about our dreams, just like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

My dream is that I want people to be happy. I want people to help each other. (Emma Kate)
My dream is to be a doctor. I would like to be a sty-at-home mom, too. (Eliana)
My dream is to do my best at school. My dream is to do my best at reading. (Erik)
My dream is to see people help the poor. I will be a policeman. (Thomas)
My dream is that there are no more wars and that everyone is safe. My dream is that no one thinks that they're better than anyone else. (Liam)
My dream is to be a vet to help animals. My dream is to help the world so that people can live. (Olivia)
My dream is that I would own a store that would give the poor food, water, pennies and toys for free. (Romi)
My dream is I will be an artist. This will be a better country if we give people that are poor more food. (Jake)
My dream is for people to get along. My dream is to help other people if they get hurt. (Joseph)
My dream is that I could watch the new Avatar in 3D. When I grow up, I want to be a doctor like my dad. (Elliot)
My dream is that Dr. Martin Luther King's laws would not go away. My dream is that the laws will be enforced forever. (Jacob)
My dream is to be a pilot because I like to fly. My dream is to be a singer because I love to sing. (Alena)
My dream is that I will invent a machine that makes people have peace, not fight and not have wars. (Ian)
My dream is to go to Washington D.C. My dream is that I will be a Lego Star Wars Designer. (Connor)
My dream is to help the community to pick up trash. I will be helpful to people that are poor. (Cade)
My dream is to be a doctor. I would help people who are sick. (Luca)
My dream is to help the community by picking up litter. My dream is to be helpful. If someone gets hurt or sick I will help them. (Bella)
My dream is to write books for other teachers to help them in their classrooms. (Mrs. O'Brien)

Parents: what are your dreams? If you leave them in the comments section, I will read them to the students. (Click comments. You can leave them under "anonymous", but add your name to the comment itself.)
