Last Monday of the School Year!

Today in PE, Ms. Brauss had some wonderful activities for us. Here are some of our students juggling scarves.
Indoor hockey with pool noodles? You bet!
One of our third grade teachers told us she sometimes gives her class a quick five minute recess in the middle of the day. We decided to try that to burn off some excess energy.

Go! Five minutes of running gave us focus until lunch time.

These two ran the good race today.
Gracie's brother, Bobby, joined us on the playground today during our REAL recess.
We ended the day with a choir assembly. A good time was had by all.

Tomorrow, we will have outside lunch/recess with Ms. Ruiz while Mrs. O'Brien shovels out...I mean: cleans out the room.

Wednesday is the Talent Show.

Thursday we have a different time for specials.

Friday we are going to have our pizza "snack" for winning the Read-a-thon. This will be at the end of the day and will not replace lunch.

Guess what? Six more school days and they are all yours for the summer.

But I'll be rested up and ready for second grade in August!
