Today was the kindergarten/first grade Talent Show. Ms.
Gooch was the announcer, and most of the time she sported a Brittney Spears-type microphone.

Our class had three participants. Here they are patiently awaiting their turn at the front of the auditorium.

The audience enjoyed all the acts.

Some times, the audience was
part of the act!

Elliot said, "I said poems by Shel
Silverstein. They were about feet, carrots and an arrow with apples. I liked talking. The audience clapped. Everyone was special. My parents saw me and hugged me. They helped me practice."

Bella said, "I was singing a Spanish song. I was nervous, but I really wanted to do it. My dad was there to watch me."

Eric said, "I was sitting until Ms.
Brauss called me up. Then Ms. Kris was holding my
nun chucks while I was doing my staff. When I was done with my staff, I traded and came out with my
nun chucks. I did 1 through 6. My Mom was in the audience watching me."

The entire audience did the "Shining, Cleaning Dance".

Here are members of our class getting their groove on.

At the finale, our performers got to go on stage for one last round of applause.
And a good time was had by all!
