We are almost finished with our Research Papers on the animal we selected. Today we wrote about how our animal has babies (born alive or from eggs), what our animal's enemies are, and how our animal protects itself from predators.

We know that we must use
facts that we find in our book and not things we make up.

Our last page is to name three of the most interesting things we have learned about our animals. Then, we will be ready to make our table of contents and our index!

Sad News Alert: Yesterday was Miss Haley's last day. She graduated from high school on Sunday, and our Thursdays are all "booked" until the end of the year (all 3 of them!)

We gave her a hug and let her know how much we appreciated her this school year.
Hope your Mother's Day is oh-so-special. You should have a gift wrapped in yellow paper with a card taped to it. There is also another card in a brown paper bag. Search your child's backpack! See you Monday.
