An Even Dozen More Days To Go

This weekend, I was invited to attend the high school graduation of one of my former kindergartners. In the first picture, Harry is five and I am on my knees. In the second picture, Harry is 18 and I am on my tiptoes! He will be attending Texas A&M this fall. (He is the brother of our former aide, Miss Haley, who will be a junior at A&M.)

ER had an exciting weekend, too. He placed second in UIL Storytelling. (Thanks to dad for emailing the picture!)

You may notice that our lines are not so straight this time of year...but we got it together for our afternoon assembly.
We enjoyed watching the third grade choir perform "Bless the Beasts and the Children'.

We went back to our room for snack and free read.
We worked on our number of the day: 163! (We have been in school for that many days...)
