Author Celebration

Well, look at that! C lost another tooth last night. He must be a rich man with the Tooth Fairy visiting two times in one week!
When we got to the room today, there was a wrapped box. What was in it? We wrote our predictions on the board.
Turtle wranglers today were R and O; guest photographer was AG.
Happy Birthday to E today!
Since it was her birthday, we let her open our Special Delivery.
It was our published and bound books! We have been working on biographies on our Moms for weeks, and the final shipment from the editor arrived today.
We settled down for a little reading, and then we shared our books with others in our room. Moms: you are going to LOVE these books! I've encouraged the students to find a time when you are not busy to share this book with you.

Thanksgiving break is here. When we get back, we will have 14 days until the Holiday break. Let's keep working hard so we can finish strong this semester.
