Today in library, Ms. Gooch read us a book by Cynthia DeFelice. Ms. Felice will be at our school tomorrow for a visit! We will meet her in the library at 8:50 am.
Here is a view of our rapt listeners. This afternoon, we wrote our own endings to the book "Casey in the Bath". Ms. Gooch is going to give them to the author!
When we come back from the library each week, we get to have some free reading time with our newly-checked out books.Ahhhhhhh. We LOVE reading in our classroom, and you can probably tell that by our rising reading scores.
