Catching Up...

Many exciting things took place while I was out yesterday...
LA celebrated his birthday. He had favors for everyone, and has his grandparents visiting from Virginia. (Loving his new shirt, too!)
ER lost another tooth and posed himself for this interesting picture.
OC's Flat Stanley came in from visiting her aunt in New York City.
EJ's Flat Stanley had a wonderful trip to Washington State near Mt. Rainer.
AG's Flat Stanley returned from visiting her aunt in Omaha, Nebraska.

That makes all the Stanleys accounted for. We've located all these places on maps and globes, and we are a little jealous that we can't mail ourselves in envelopes like Flat Stanley can! Oh, the places we'd go....

So, you ask, where were you yesterday, Mrs. O?

I had my son and daughter home for the holidays! We had a wedding, family reunions, and great times. (And a James Taylor concert figured in there, too.)

Tomorrow is our first of two field trips. We will be visiting a dentist's office from 9-10:45. We will be back in time for lunch. I have the class t-shirts. Thursday's field trip will be from 11-2 at the Science Center. We will eat at school. Your child can buy cafeteria lunch if needed. (We are happy to get out of Dodge...I mean campus...to help keep the school quiet for the TAKS testing. We sure are ready for recess again, though!)
