Research, Recess and Recycling

Today, we did research in the computer lab on our insects. We searched for information to help us label the body parts of our insects.
Mrs. O taught us how to do an imagine search to find a color picture of our insects.. We minimized the screen so we could do more research while we waited for our turn to print.
Back in the room, we all wrote one WOW! fact about our insect. (Ask you child for a WOW! fact.)
We also labeled the body parts of our caterpillars.
What is all the excitement on the playground? Lots of people were pointing up in the tree.
A baby owl was looking down at us!
The boys of summer (in 30 days) wanted their picture made.

A got a darling new haircut. This was her pose to show it off. :)
Butterflies everywhere this spring!
Garden day! We actually harvested some food to feed the school's pet rabbit. (Watch for the picture tomorrow.)

Tomorrow we will celebrate Earth Day and talk about Going Green and recycling. Can't wait!
