Observations

Today was "Walk to School" day. These students either walked or biked to school today!

Yesterday we used these same stumps as an outdoor classroom.

We watched a video on Brain Pop Jr. about how to make observations.

We filled in a chart about making observations, answering the following questions:
1. How do you observe.

2. How can you record what you observe?

3. What tools can you use to observe?

4. What can you learn from making observations?
We went outside to the Butterfly Garden armed with clipboards, paper, pencils, magnifying glasses and rules to make our observations of ONE plant. Here we are at work!
