
We took a survey to find out what our favorite Easter candy was. We chose four candies: jelly beans, chocolate bunnies, Easter eggs and Peeps. This graph shows the results.

Did you know that sometimes during a transition in class we play "Heads Down, Thumbs Up, Let's Play 7-11"? Ahhh. Simple pleasures are the best.

It is spring! Bella brought in a hyacinth she got at her Grandmother's egg hunt this past weekend.

Elliot brought in a bat that has red, glowing eyes and flaps its wings. He said he got it near a cave that has real bats in it!

Thomas demonstrated a toy where you, "Pull the lever and if it comes up all bars you win a gum ball. But I ate all the gumballs already."

Alena demonstrated the finer points of her ZhuZhu pet.

What beautiful weather we are having! It must be helping our brains because we all made 100 on our Trial Spelling Test and will not be having Spelling homework or another Spelling test this week! Way to spell, First Grade!
Wednesday is our Reading Celebration. (Items for the General Store are due on Wednesday.)
