The Twelve Days of Fitness

Today in one of our centers, we got to take turns going outside to sing/perform "The Twelve Days of Fitness".

Have your child sing it and perform it for you!

On the first day of fitness my trainer gave to me, a body swaying in the breeze.

On the second day of fitness my trainer gave to me: 2 squat down stand ups....
On the third day of Fitness, my trainer gave to me 3 muscle poses...
On the fourth day of fitness my trainer gave to me, 4 jump ropes...
On the fifth day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 5 hula hoops...
On the sixth day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 6 gentle kicks...
On the seventh day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 7 jabs and punches...
On the eighth day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 8 jogs in place...
On the ninth day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 9 sideways stretches...
On the tenth day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 10 leg lifts...
On the eleventh day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 11 raise the roofs...
On the twelfth day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 12 chicken jacks...

At the end of this song, we are in shape for the day!
